Why is Getting Dressed so important?
It’s how you show up.

√ Ready to get the job done
It’s that energy you bring to the table! When you’re feeling your best, it shows. (And I’d argue that it’s even more important when you’re having a bad day)
√ You’re the (cheer)leader
√ You’re ready to rally the troops
√ You’re ready for whatever challenges come your way
√ And when you’re not feeling your best, you get dressed and that helps you fall into your role (whatever that is)
Wearing the right clothes makes you look/feel like the expert.
√ Imagine your boss showing up every day in sweats. Do you take him/her that seriously? They didn’t even care to get dressed this morning! If they don’t take the job seriously, why should you?
√ That’s how powerful your clothing can be!
√ Imagine going into an Auto Zone and needing help…
● Who do you ask? How do you know who to ask?
● It’s their uniform that lets you know!
● Now think of that, but for the office (or whatever your job might be).
● You want your team to know you’re the boss!

● You’re the one there to guide them.
● And You show that by dressing the part!
